At SLAE Hair, we take great pride in the quality, luxury, and hygiene of our products.

Because our extensions are considered intimate beauty items, we've created a policy that balances customer care with industry hygiene standards

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We Offer A Simply No Returns Policy on Opened Hair. Due to hygiene and safety reasons

We have a 14day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

We offer exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

  • Hair is unused, unwashed, and sealed in original packaging
  • A request is made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Customer covers return shipping

If your item meets the above, we're happy to exchange it or issue credit to use on a future Order. 

To begin a request, please contact us at slaehair@outlook.com or @Slaehair on Instagram with your order number and photos of the sealed item.

 

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

In the rare case you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve it ASAP — we want you to love your experience from start to finish.


 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We process orders quickly, which means once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Please Contact us Immediately @slaehair on Instagram or Slaehair@outlook.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

  • All refunds (if approved) will be issued as store credit
  • SLAE is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address entry
  • Any hair returned without prior authorization will be refused. 
  • Customised Colours & textures Are Strictly Non Refundable & We Don’t Accept Any Return Or Exchange On These items.




Hair extensions are a personal product, once the original seal is broken, we are unable to restock or resell the item. We kindly ask that you choose carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions before ordering. Thank You, Slae x
